TRAVELING with HEART DISEASE

As a 30-year Open Heart Surgery survivor, I understand how important heart health is for well-being. Heart Wellness is very meaningful to me 🙂 I’ve learned that keeping a healthy heart involves more than just avoiding sickness; it requires an active lifestyle, good nutrition, and mental wellness. Taking care of my heart highlights the need for regular check-ups, stress management, and community support. Each day reminds me how valuable our health is, and I am committed to sharing my story and promoting heart health awareness.

February is American Heart Month. If you have heart disease, please take a look at the links in this post to help you have a healthy and safe journey by using the guidelines prepared by the American Heart Association.
