Always “News You Can Use” πŸ™‚

Mental Health America provides all types of tools you can use during July, which is BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) month.
This year, I decided to share a different post for people who want to be involved in helping those who need support with their mental health challenges. Below is a link to a blog, which I think has valuable insights and stories about the Indigenous communities. These communities often face unique mental health challenges due to historical trauma, socioeconomic disparities, and cultural disconnection. By engaging with these narratives, we can better understand their experiences and foster a greater sense of empathy and connection. Please take a moment to explore the blog information and consider how you might contribute to these vital conversations and efforts.
